Crisp and compact on the outside, spacious and versatile on the inside with a cool SUV look – this is the all-new Opel Crossland X. This urban crossover model is the second member of the Opel X family in the B-segment where it joins the sporty bestseller, the Mokka X. The third member, the larger Grandland X, will be launched in the compact class (C-segment) later this year.

Compared with the Opel Mokka X, which comes with optional four-wheel drive for occasional off-road outings, the new Opel Crossland X is predestined for urban areas. Occupants enjoy an elevated seating position with the extra comfort of AGR-certified (Campaign for Healthier Backs) ergonomic seats plus class leading trunk space of 520 litres which increases to 1,255 litres if the rear seats are folded down completely.

Outstanding Premium-Class Connectivity and Trend-setting Technology

The new Crossland X also comes with outstanding connectivity thanks to Opel OnStar with Wi-Fi Hotspot[1] for up to 7 devices, and further services such as hotel room booking[2] and parking spot search[3]. This adds to OnStar’s Emergency and Automatic crash response, eyes free destination download, smartphone vehicle diagnostics app and stolen vehicle alert and immobilisation.

The R 4.0 IntelliLink infotainment system comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone projection and voice command as standard with 7-inch colour touchscreen. While the Navi 5.0 adds Satellite Navigation and 8-inch colour touchscreen. Compatible smartphones can be charged while in use via wireless inductive charging.

Intelligent Driver Assistance Systems

Journeys become even safer with the numerous driver assistance systems available with the new Opel Crossland X. The Opel Eye front camera processes diverse data, informing the intelligent driver assistance systems such as Forward Collison with Pedestrian Detection and Automatic Emergency Braking, 180 degree Panoramic Rear View Camera and Driver Drowsiness Alert which reduce the risk of accidents. Elsewhere, the latest generation of Advanced Park Assist makes parking easier, identifying suitable spaces and safely parking and exiting the vehicle automatically.

Innovative full LED headlamps delivers up to 30% greater visibility in the dark while the optional Head Up display reduces the danger of distractions and projects the most important data on speed, navigation and assistance systems into the driver’s direct line of sight.

Priced from €21,995, the new Opel Crossland X will be available at Opel dealerships nationwide this Saturday, June 3rd.
